Soy sauce | 2 Tbsp |
Tom Yam seasoning | 1 Tbsp |
Garlic (minced) | 3 pieces |

Prepare the chicken
Place the chicken drumsticks in a large bowl.
Add soy sauce, minced garlic, and a dash of Tom Yum seasoning.
Mix well to combine.
Add Sweet Chili Sauce
Pour in SIAM Sweet Chili Sauce and toss the drumsticks until they are evenly coated.
Cover and marinate for at least 60 minutes, or overnight for deeper flavor.
Air Fry
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
Arrange the drumsticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and fully cooked.
Serve
Garnish with chopped coriander, if desired.
Serve with extra SIAM Sweet Chili Sauce on the side.
