Ingredients
  • 150 g Salmon
  • 1 bottle Lemongrass Dressing
  • 1 piece Garlic clove
  • 2 pieces Shallots
  • 2 pieces Red chillies
  • 2 stems Lemongrass
  • 1 bunch Basil leaves
  • 1 bunch Mint leaves
  • 1 bunch Fresh coriander

    Mince the vegetables

    Mince finely all herbs and spices

    Slice the salmon

    Cut the salmon into thin slices.

    Add the dressing

    Place salmon slices into small serving cups.
    Add 1 tbsp of lemongrass dressing.

    Garnish with fresh herbs

    Garnish each cup with the minced herbs and spices.
