Ingredients

1 kit Pad Thai noodles kit
-
8 Shrimps
-
1 Egg
-
1 Lime
-
1 bunch Fresh cilantro

1 bunch Bean sprouts
Instructions

Boil the noodles
Boil rice noodles in hot water for about 5 to 8 minutes (until slightly soft).
Drain the noodles and keep aside.

Stir-fry the prawns
Heat 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Stir-fry shrimps.
Crack in 1 egg. Stir well until cooked.

Add noodles & sauce
Add noodles and stir in the Pad Thai sauce (included in the noodles kit).
Continue to stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Plate your dish
Garnish with bean sprouts, cilantro and lime wedges.
