Ingredients

150 g Beef sirloin steak

1½ tbsp Fish sauce

1½ tbsp Lime juice
-
2 Red chilies (fresh or dried)

½ Onion
-
½ Cucumber
-
100 g Cherry tomatoes

1 bunch Mint leaves
Instructions

Stir-fry the beef
Stir-fry sirloin steak until medium-rare.
Set aside (in a dish covered with aluminum foil).

Make the dressing
Combine together fish sauce, lime juice, sugar and minced red chillies.

Make the salad
Slice beef into thin strips, toss in a salad bowl.
Add onion, cucumber and quartered cherry tomatoes.
Add the dressing and mix well.

Plate your dish
Garnish with mint leaves.
