Ingredients
  • 1 pack Springroll Wrappers
  • 300 g Pork belly
  • 20 Shrimps (medium sized)
  • 50 g Ginger
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 10 leaves Lettuce
  • 1 bunch Mint
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 200 g Bean sprouts
  • 10 leaves Chinese chives
  • 1 Clove garlic
  • 1 bottle Sweet chili sauce

    Boil pork belly & prawns

    Cook in boilin water the pork belly with the pounded ginger. Add the shrimps.

    Prepare the filling

    Cut carrot and cucumber into match sticks.
    Slice pork belly and cut shrimps in half length ways.

    Prepare the rice paper

    Place wrappers into warm water until soft and pliable. Blot on a damp tea towel.

    Place the filling

    Place lettuce, basil and mint leaves in the middle of the wrapper. Add pork belly slices, carrot, cucumber and beansprout. Place halved prawn.

    Roll the wrappers

    Roll wrapper gently to form a roll shape.
    Wrap with Chinese chive leaves.

    Plate your dish

    Place the wrappers on a plate.
    Serve along with sweet chili sauce.
