Mix together cream cheese with Chilli Tamarind sauce. Add minced spring onions.
Keep refrigerated for about 30 minutes.
Stir-fry the shrimps
Stir-fry minced shallot with minced garlic.
Add 20 shrimps. Stir in ginger sauce and tamarind sauce.
Stir-fry until cooked through.
Warm up tortillas
Place the tortillas in a dry (no oil) pan over medium heat and cook them for about 15 seconds on each side
Alternatively you can also microwave tortillas in 30-second bursts until they are warmed through.
Roll the wraps
Spread seasoned cream cheese
Top with lettuce, avocado, carrot and cucumber and shrimps
Fold in the sides and roll the wrap tightly from the bottom to the top.
